How to add my photo on Yahoo profile?

How to add a photo in the new Yahoo Profile blog?

• Have migrated from 360 blog. The new blog in Profile asks for a URL to add a photo. What about if the pic's on my computer? Where's the browse option?

  The Yahoo! Profile has different features than Yahoo! 360. They are two different services. If you want to add an image from your computer to the Y!Profile's blog area, you would need to upload it to an account on a site like Flickr (http://flickr.com ) or Photobucket (http://photobucket.com ). For example, here are instructions related to Flickr: - Log into Flickr - Click on the photo that you want to use from your photostream - Click the "All Sizes" button at the top. - The link to the image is at the bottom of the page. Copy the entire URL (Option #2). - Compose a blog entry in the Y!Profile by clicking the "Compose Entry" button in the blog module or blog area. - Click the "Insert Image" button on the toolbar. - Paste the URL in the "Image URL" field. Based on Flickr's guidelines, you may have to paste the URL of the photo's page (see the URL in between the <a href></a> tags in the Option #1 box) in the Link URL box as well. - Click the "Done" button in the pop-up window. - Click the "Post Entry" button. The image has to be hosted online first, then you can link to it by providing the URL of the image that the site gives you. Another option is to go to sites like Glitter Graphics (http://www.glitter-graphics.com/ ) and copy the embed code. Then, click the "Edit HTML Code" button in the blog entry's toolbar, paste the code, and click the "Post Entry" button. Otherwise, you can upload (i.e. browse on your computer) individual pictures to add to the Profile Card (to be displayed one at a time) or set up the Updates feature for Flickr or another photo-hosting site.
