  Yes. Although, there is a sitewide glitch preventing the embedding of videos (and other flash-based objects like music players, photo slideshows, and other widgets) in the blog area of 360. This problem started in late September 2008. On some old entries, clicking the "Comment" link or going the entry's "Permanent Link" will allow you to see some objects. So, embedding videos (as opposed to linking to them) takes some additional steps.
