How Can i reset the Xbox 360 family settings password!?

I have an xbox 360 resident evil 5, red. I found one answer that says you go to the console setting system and try tying random sequences of keys. i need one that works or i will only be able to play my xbox 1 hour per day. i forgot my password because my kid was messing with it and screwed it up. HELP
