Remove all your friends, delete your profile and personal info. Fill a fake name in {JOBOB } and fake address etc. uncheck your URL box and save .Then leave it. It will become a inactive page.Yahoo will get rid of the page from their end

Remove all content and information that you added to Yahoo! 360. Make all your settings (blog, communication, alerts...whatever) private. Don't return to 360.yahoo.com. You can't completely get rid of the 360 functionality without deleting your entire Yahoo account (mail, photos, etc.). You can only make sure no one who you haven't invited can view a feature and make sure that there's nothing there to view. I don't think the page becomes inactive after a period of time, but there if there's nothing there and you make all elements private (to where only you can view it), then that's good enough.

this very easy to do... you can't get rid of it completely .. it will still be there, only you can get into your blogs and friends and comments and mail and just delete very thing you have posted there.. and save it as blank.. then go on your way my friend..
