What is an easy way to put a song on my Yahoo 360?

Is there a Possible way to put your own music on Yahoo 360?

  • Like if i have music files on my computer is there anyway to get a code or something so i can put them onto my webpage?

  • Answer:

Only if you have a host file on geocities or a site like it. Try this to get music: 1. Visit http://search.singingfish.com/sfw/home.jsp 2. Search for a song ending in mp3 3. Click and open the song in a new page 4. Copy the URL 5. Sign into your 360 6. On your home page scroll down until you see edit blast. Find the field that says URL 7. Paste URL from song to URL box 8. Click save/finish 9. Go to your page and find the little black play button in your blast click it to test....

Hmmm........ What do U mean "add song to your 360 page".... 1) Background Music... No... We can't had it... 2) Video Clip on Blog... Yes... we can had video clip on the blog... 3) MP3 on Blast Balloon... Yes... U can add mp3 on your blast balloon.... U can add mp3 on blast... To add an MP3 file that's been uploaded to the Internet.... Copy the link of any file that begins with "http://" and ends with ".mp3"... Click "Edit Blast" in Yahoo! 360º... Paste the link into the URL field... Add text to the blast... and save it... Click the play-button icon when it appears... Or For adding Video clip on your blog... Choose a video from Yahoo! Video... YouTube... or Google... Video that has either an "Add to My Site" field or "Embed" field or link on the description page... Copy the HTML coding that's in the field... Go to "Compose Blog" in Yahoo!7 360º... Click the "View HTML Source" checkbox (very important)... Paste in the coding, add text to the blog entry (also important), and then post the entry.. U might check out my Y! 360 for some idea... Beside adding mp3 on my blast... I had also add video clip on my blog....

Yes you can. That's exactly what I do for mine. You have a free Geocities account that comes with your Yahoo account. Just go to www.geocities.com and sign up for yours. Once in there go to your FILE MANAGER. In there you should see a button or a link that says to UPLOAD A FILE. The file can only be 5MB tho and it can't contain spaces in the file name...so you have to run the letters of your song title together like this: SeeYouOnTheOtherSide Once you have your song uploaded....go back into your File Manager and you will see the song that you just uploaded....next to it you will see the word VIEW...click on that and it will open up another window...in that window is the URL to your song. Copy that URL and paste it into your Blast (where the URL goes for the song) then type something into your Blast as well...click save and you should see an arrow (play button) for your song. Thats all you have to do!
