  • Whats going on!? I changed my old Yahoo profile to the new Yahoo 360 and i seem to having a problem with it now :( I had no problems creating and setting my page up but after i changed my blog to be private, i can't seem to access mine or view other peoples Yahoo 360 pages now as i it comes up with the same error "Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999 when i try to check my Yahoo 360" This is my Yahoo 360 page: http://360.yahoo.com/profile-ZzVUfpMicKm_6zYhBEVTjZm2YqAehIg- Can anyone able to access it ok from thier PC? I am on a restricted PC that doesnt allow me access or do certain things on the PC, but i not really had a problem with this affecting Yahoo before as was able to access the Yahoo services ok. Could this just a glitch in the Yahoo 360 and it will go back to nomal after a while or is it something i have done wrong? Is anyone else expriencing the same problem as i have? Let me know! Thanks Evie

  • Answer:

I can access and see your page, Skoolgirlevie. Your password was stored was on Firefox by someone who either cleared the cache or cookie where your password was stored and I'm not sure if there is a way to get cookies back once that's done. You mentioned that your PC is restricted, so it means it will no have admin rights only basic user rights, therefore gaining into files stored on the hard-disk to do with the IE and find the folder where the cookies are stored may be denied. You will not also able to access the Internet options on the explorer either. May be Yahoo is monitoring bandwidth use on their site, but I've not heard or experienced that on Yahoo before. Give it some time say 24-48 hours and it may go back to normal, if not then you may have to contact Yahoo 360 regarding your problem. Hope this helps, Yvonne

It means basically you've used up too much bandwidth. either use an IP hider (get em free of the net) or wait a while, it will work again
