How does Netflix work on XBOX 360 live?

I"ve seen that apparently Xbox live gold will include Netflix. But is this true or is it just a one month trial for Netflix, if it isn't then how does it work. Do you download the movies/shows or do you watch them live like on you tube? If you download them do they download fast? Or if you watch them live do they buffer/load fast or do u have to pause to wait until it loads enough? I have a so so/medium connection to the internet

You get a free month trial, after that you decide whether you want to keep it. It will charge you $10 each month to access tons of movies. You don't have to download them. You just search and watch. I think you will be good on the whole loading thing.

You do not download the movies you go to the page and watch them there and you only get netflix instant movies and theres not that many and yes you get to keep them you just have to sign up for an account through netflix after you download it on your xbox. then you sign up. its not tat hard. its a trial for a while at first it is free though
