Not letting me change avatar?

How Do I Change My Yahoo Answers Photo/Pulse?

• When I go to 'My Activity' and click on 'edit preferences', I try to upload a new picture or change it to my avatar. When I click 'submit', it doesn't do anything! The picture stays the same as before. Also, when I go to my 'Pulse Profile', it has the same picture and information I don't even remember putting in! I haven't been on my account in a few years, so I don't know if someone was on it or not. But it's irritating because the photo is not mine and the information isn't mine, and it's not letting me change it! I would appreciate all help and suggestions regarding my problem. Thank you.

  That happens to me too, I'm sure it happens to everyone actually. The reason it doesn't do anything is bc Yahoo Answers picture things are f-ed up. It has to be exactly the RIGHT size before you can sumit the picture, so that means you can't resize the selection frame and make it bigger. You can make it smaller thou. && as for you Pulse Profile info, there could be a chance someone was on it if you absolutely did not put that information in. Maybe you did but you're not remembering? Who could have gone on it? Change your password to be safe thou. [= GodBless. !
