How come on yahoo 360 I can't create a nickname to register?

When I go to join it asks me for a nickname and I've typed in different ones but each time I click continue it just clears it out and stays in that same screen

I've just learnt how to do it myself. It seems that not every country can have a 360 page. If you click on 'My Account' and say that you live in the USA, it will let you open a 360... That's been my experience, anyway.
