How do you put videos onto 360 page?

I want to put videos in my 360 blogs, how do I do that?

  • How do I put videos in my 360 blogs. I was told to go to yahoo videos and upload videos there and I will get a code to put into my blog, but I can't find where to do that. Can someone help me with info about what to do?

  • Answer:

You can search Y! Video, Google Video or YouTube for videos. For YouTube videos: On the right side of the videos on YouTube, you'll see "Embed".. copy the HTML tag that starts with "<object width">. When you go to edit or compose a blog entry: 1. Check the box near "View HTML source" (on the right of your blog entry page/near the emoticons/fonts/font colors, etc) 2. Paste the HTML tag from YouTube into the text area 3. Add text and preview. If the code is right, the video will show up in Preview. This website gives you directions on how you can place videos from YouTube, Yahoo Video, and Google Video in your blog: http://personalweb.about.com/od/yahoo360/ss/yahoo360video_2.htm http://personalweb.about.com/od/yahoo360/ss/yahoo360video_3.htm http://personalweb.about.com/od/yahoo360/ss/yahoo360video_4.htm If you want to use a personal video of your own, you can create a http://photobucket.com or http://youtube.com account. Upload the video(s) there. The Photobucket embed code will be directly the video after you've uploaded it and the YouTube embed code will appear on the right side of the video (as described above) after you've uploaded it. Then, embed the videos in your Y! 360 blog through the 4 steps listed above.
