Are there any headsets that work with the Xbox 360 and the PC?

Recommendations for large 1080p HD tv which will work for my xbox 360, as a PC monitor and...?

• ...for watching DVDs. I have about $1300 to spend and would like to get a large 1080p HD tv which will work for my xbox 360, PC and for watching movies. Does anyone have any recommendations. Also, what kinds of things do I need to make sure the tv has if I want to be using an Xbox and PC with it? I know that I need HDMI ports for the xbox. The xbox comes with an HDMI cable, correct? Would that also be true for the PC or would it be a different kind of cable/input? Would that be DVI? Any other considerations I should be thinking about would be greatly appreciated.   I’m afraid thirteen hundred bucks is going to leave you a little lean for a 1080p. If that was my budget I’d be looking at about 42" LCD. LG is one of the better monitors out there for the money and they come wtih a factory 2 year warranty. You can probably get a 1080p on your budget, but I'd not recommend it... For most of us, 720p is going to be more than sufficient. Especially considering that the Xbox 360s native resolution is 720p. The Xbox 360 does not have an HDMI connection unless you’re upgrading to the Elite box. The standard 360 still looks gorgeous sans HDMI if you connect wtih at LEAST component cables or connect your video through the VGA port. In summary... IF you’re dead set on a 1020p television, double your budget or at least add another 50% to it. If cost is more of a factor, shop around for 720p televisions in the 42" range. And always, always, always buy a reputable name brand and do some research on the models you’re considering. Chance are...if you haven’t heard of the brand you’ll have a helluva time getting it fixed if anything happens. Shop with a reputable, locally owned retail outlet whenever possible. AND! If it’s reasonable...pick up a 5 year extended warranty. Even the best televisions break and HD sets are pricey to repair.
