How do I add Yahoo Local to My Yahoo homepage?

How do i add background art to my yahoo homepage? How do I connect with Flicker? Like the 360 had?

• I finally decided I have to look at this new page from yahoo because 360 is leaving....It is such an ugly white page. I am not computer savey...I need help! I feel so ripped off that 360 is closing and I have to settle for a page that seems to be so downgraded. Or am I just not locating the settings where I can add interest to my page. Like tiling artwork? where is the feature? I bet I can't link my flicker here either? or can I? Note--today I was able to move my blog cool!

  They are similar services, but not exactly same. The Yahoo! Profile is not the "new 360". It's an upgraded version of the Yahoo! Members Profile and you can move some 360 content there by Sunday, July 12, 2009. The Y!Profile is an integral part of Yahoo's new "Open Strategy". They are expanding social-networking possibilities across many Yahoo services, with the Y!Profile being a centralized hub. The Y!Profile will not necessarily have all the features that were available via Yahoo! 360. Some features are not included; some may be expanded; and some are totally different. Generally, where there used to be links to the Yahoo! 360 profile throughout Yahoo, there will be links to the Yahoo! Profile instead. You can find out the list of features available by reading the Yahoo! Profile Help pages: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/profiles/ .
