How do I add friends to yahoo?

How come sometimes on Yahoo! 360 I trie to Invite friends but instead I add them to my favourites?

  • Like I LOVE having a lot of friends on my 360 and sometimes when I try inviting them to be my friends,I can't and it just says that 'You are gonna add -The persons nickname- to your favourites.-The persons nickname- will not be notified.' and I WANT TO HAVE FRIENDS!I know you can't get EVERYTHING that you want in your life but I TOTALLY don't want it to turn out like my last account.I've had it for 5 months and Yahoo! 360 for about 2 or 3 and I only had 1 friend! Oh,and also if you can or want,can you PLEASE go to My profile and My Yahoo! 360. Thanx and enjoy your 2 points!

    If the check box isn't there to invite them as friends when you try, it means they aren't allowing friend invites at the moment. You might be able to see if they have their messages available, or comments, and try to get to know them that way, then maybe they might want to add you as a friend.
