How can I Send GET request?

I'm trying to send in my 360 for repair and when I type in my service request # and zip i get the msg below..?

"Zip / Postal Code does not match Service Request Number." What do I do to fix this problem? Can I get a new service request number? And is there anywhere else to go to get a new shipping label? Please help!

Hey DONT WORRY ABOUT IT THAT HAPPENED TO ME THE EXACT THING and I was really worried but in the end its just BS service on the net. Microsoft will recieve your xbox and you will get one back.....It takes about 1 week to3 weeks for the to revieve it..and same time to get it back.... =\ P.S.
