How do I make a picture of me as my yahoo icon?

Why isn't my Yahoo! 360 picture appearing as my icon/logo/avatar for Yahoo! answers?

I have a picture uploaded on my Yahoo! 360 page, but when I choose the 'Use my Yahoo! 360 picture' for in the settings for Yahoo! answers it just shows up blank.. http://360.yahoo.com/grouchyboulder
Answer:

Go back to yahoo 360 and set your picture to public and primary and save. Go back and try to click to show your avatar or see if this bring the picture up. there may be a different in a photo and a avatar image

I am starring this because I have the same problem. I do know it isn't the SIZE of my image, as it is quite small.
