Can I get Xbox live through my Wii?

Can i have 2 xbox live accounts on one xbox 360?

It is almost my birthday and because i have a brother younger than me who Likes the Nintendo Wii and wants an xbox 360 too, i want to know if On the Xbox360 can 2 people have a profile on it?As i was saying like on the Wii I had Call of duty modern warfare:Reflex, i haven't touched it since 2 weeks after I got it but my brother loves it, i would love to know if Like on the Wii can 2 people have profiles?His was Angel and mine was Brian and when i turned on the game there was the opening screen, it says Select Profile, or new profile, I would like to know if a person can do that on the Xbox and on the Wii it had 1 wifi thing, and we both shared it but on different profiles, can that be done on the Xbox live?I plan to get Black Ops for it
