How do you make your avatar your profile picture?

How do I make my yahoo avatar my profile picture?

  • I already made the avatar but I can't figure out how to make it my profile picture. I logged into yahoo pulse and I only see the option of uploading a picture from your computer. Help me! Thank You:D

    Yahoo! Pulse switched to Yahoo! Profile on Dec. 1st. See http://yanswersblog.com/index.php/archives/2011/12/01/yahoo-pulse-will-become-yahoo-profile/ and http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/profile/ for details. I advise trying to make your Y!Avatar display via your Yahoo! Answers profile: - Click the "My Activity" link/tab at the top of the Yahoo! Answers page. - Click the "Edit My Preferences" link in the top left box - Click the "Update Photo or Avatar" link in the "About You" tab. - In the pop-up window, if your avatar is showing, select it. Then, click the "Use Selected Photo" button. If it's not showing, click the "Customize Avatar" link. Make sure that you save your changes in the Yahoo! Avatar site, and then try the above process again. - Click the "Submit" button - Changes may or may not appear immediately depending on what's going on with Yahoo! servers and your computer system. You can try clearing cache and cookies, then restarting your browser.
