How can you flash your Xbox 360?

How do I add Unofficial Mods to an Xbox 360 with a USB flash drive?

• I have a flash drive (Cruzer) and i want to download my oblivion unofficial mod to it, I need help to find where to copy the files to my xbox 360 hard drive. I plugged in the flash drive, and the light turns on, and i know the xbox can read what is on it, because i went to the pictures section and went to the *pictures* section and selected the usb flash drive, and there my files were, but they weren't pictures so i couldn't open them. _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-… Can anyone provide exquisite detailing of this process please, i really want to add mods to my Xbox 360. Thank You O yeah I forgot to mention, I was looking around and i have not seen anyone doing this, but there were similar things and they said that the xbox 360 has some sort of security system? If that is true tell me how to get past it please =D
