How to make a avatar like this?

Do you like my dark hair? Or should i make it blond? I want to know how to make my avatar longer?

  • I also tried to put a real picture of myself on hear all day and i could not get it to work.. Please help me ... I need to know how to either make my avatar a complete body picture and not just the face. Or how do i put my real picture up there?
