How do you delete someone's Bebo?

How can i delete my 13 year olds Bebo account?

  • I have told my 13 year old time after time to not put any provacative pictures of herself on Bebo but as of now she has started back up doing it. How can i delete her Bebo account completely?

  • Answer:

Honey I know nothing about this Bebo place.. but I am also a mother and well I know you have not asked for anything more than a solution to the deleting of her account.. but this is bigger than just an internet account. She is 13 years old, and she is going to try her best to do what ever you tell her not to.. just as soon as she has an opportunity...you know it and I know it.. how do we know it.. cause we were 13 at one time in our lives too.. think back to those days.. you got mad at the drop of a hat.. everyone was being mean to you if they asked you for an explaination for anything you were or were not doing.. grown up parents and teacher were evil and not to trusted.. in fact they were to made fools out of at any opportunity! No one was going to tell us what to do and my parents just have no idea how it really is with kids today.. blah blah blah.. what you have is this.. she has already been warned and put on notice this is to stop immediately... she did it anyway.. you have to follow through and take the damn computer completely away from her.. school is not in session and she does not need it.. if she is getting the pictures uploaded onto the site with a digital camera, cell phone, or a video camera.. take them away too.. no computer, needs no camera.. and she does not need a phone now that school is out of session , if ever. I know I sound hard and cold hearted but, my kid ran up a 1750 dollar long distance charges on my phone bill ... going to a porn site in overseas on some little bitty island.. who said it was free to anyone.. the site and browsing was free but they charged 50 dollars a minute in long distance charges.. Southwestern Bell forgave me the charges, but I had to put a block on all overseas dialouts and a block on all 900 numbers.. He was 14 at the time and gotten the puter for a christmas gift.. he lost his computer .. not for a month either.. he was 17 when I gave it back to him.. and he paid for his own phone line into the house.. You have to let her know now that she is going to have to accept your word as what is best for her.. and if she won't listen to you when you try to explain why she can't do certain things.. then use the tried and true line I always used " I love you too much to let you do that. You will get hurt or in a bad situation and end up in jail or worse ." and then just shut up and let your decision stand. firmly.. they are the ones who brought the restrictions on themselves by disobeying and disrespecting your authority.. it is their fault honey not yours.

you need to know her password and username... if she has msn you might be able to cancel it. you'd need to go onto 'forgot password' on msn and use her emails address. if you manage to answer the question you can change her msn password. do that and then go on bebo and click forgot password. you have to enter her email address so type it in and they'll send you an email with a link to it where you can change her password. it'll probably be really difficult but if you do manage to get onto her bebo click on 'my account' and scroll to the bottom. it'll say something like 'cancel membership'. other than that...just block the website. i have bebo and i've seen the type of pictures my younger sister and her mates put on so i know what you're talking about lol good luck! *** oh and 'david w' i think you need to grow up. she's 13 for god's sake and you're saying she needs to go out with boys to 'experiment' if you like. you obviously don't know what kids are like these days.

Block the website

you can delete it or you can ban her from using the computer till she learns some self respect and understands the issues that surround putting yourself out there at such an early age - also do not be surprised if she has more than one account or even other accounts on the likes of myspace etc sounds like you need a sit down talk with her - not easy but stay strong as you know that this is for her own good and to keep her safe

Email bebo and tell them to delete it, I did it with my daughter because she was getting unsavoury mail from blokes that she didn't know and were probably not who they seemed to be. Then block such sites with your software.

inorder to delete it u have to find out her password if u do the "lost password" thing then u have to know the password for her email adress........... block the site and then she cant go there. then onced its blocked she'll beg u to get it back on so lay a condidton about the pics. but be careful because even if u block it sites like vtunnel.com still let u get on them so block those too.

Its people like you who make this world a stupid place to live in. She obviously needs attention from the opposite sex so you need to give her more freedom. She probably wouldnt do it if you let her go out with a boy (im guessing you dont), some girls prefer the internet to real life because its more discreet and perhaps she needs this privacy because shes self consious. You need to see it from her point of view before you go doing things like this or she wont like you when shes older because she will feel you robbed her of her teenage years. Shes at an age where she needs this freedom to explore what is out there you need to grant her this freedom soon enough she will stop. Having said all that if you want to delete her account you will need to know her password. Then when signed in click on "your account" and then "cancel subscription". You could always try reportin her to bebo by emailing them, they might just delete it if you ask them and tell them shes your daughter. Good Luck, David

Stop her going on the PC or hide the internet cables. of course if you have her password you can just delete it.

To be honest is this going to stop her - she might just start up another account. Maybe instead of telling her not to do - start telling her about the dangers of revealing so much about oneself on the internet and the importance of respecting ones body!
