How do I get a picture on my yahoo ask?

When will the "Use my Yahoo 360 Picture" will get fixed?

• Done: I've put pictures on my 360 profile and 360 beta/blog page. I've set the picture I want to primary. I've use 'edit my info' and choose 'use my yahoo 360 picture', and click preview>ok. Doing: I've been waiting for more than a week, and still waiting. Problem: My Yahoo! 360 picture isn't showing as my avatar. Is there still a glitch? Or, I've miss something or done something wrong? How do you send a bug report to the 360 team? Or, what's the promised date that the 360 programmers will fix the glitch on this? Any other info? Help on this is very much appreciated. I can't ask my favorite questions yet until I get my pic on, so as not to ruin the mood. Thanks.

  they choose to turn that off from time to time. usually around the time of some important event or controversy. i think it concerns the pennsylvania election. this has been a pattern for a long time. not difficult to switch that function off at headquarters. much harder to check each avatar by human. easier to switch off the whole function. no accident, obviously. began about three days ago.
