How do i get my yahoo 360 picture as my icon thing?

well, i went to edit profile; and on the picture it says "360" as the picture. and its just a little grey guy! But on my yahoo 360 i have a picture uploaded. Im just wanting this to work; but its not.

load ur jpeg picture in 360 & set as primary & save then in answer's profile click "edit my info" click the button "use my 360 picture" click preview & ok goodluck ^_^
