Why can t I see my email on yahoomail?

Why my friends can not see me online?

  • I have an in email account in Yahoomail. I can see my friends who are registered in my contact list online. but they can not see me online...how can I chat with them?

    They would also have to add you to their contacts list in their emails. It could also be that the chat feature doesn't load up,due to there being a lot of web traffic or web users on the internet slowing your connection down. It also can happen on slow connections Some things you and your friends can do which might help : Allow your email to fully load up before you click on anything. Wait for the loading icon in the browser to stop and then try. If that doesn't help then reload your email or sign out then sign back in. Make sure your browser is updated to the latest updates and has the latest version of Adobe Flash player plug-in. You can also clear the browsing history by pressing control,shift & delete together.This works for both Internet Explorer & Firefox. Try another web browser to what your using this might help.
