What did yahoo do with my avatar picture?

Can someone tell me how to put my own picture as my avatar instead of my yahoo avatar?

  • Ive seen some people have there own picture instead of the yahoo avatar on yahoo answers i know you can do it on yahoo messenger and i was trying to do it on yahoo answers but i dont know how,if someone could tell me i would appreciate it.thanx

    Create your 360 account. http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=http://360.yahoo.com/ After you've created your account. Click: Add photo Upload the pic you want as avatar, then save. If you're done, go to your Yahoo! answers profile. Click: Edit my info Select: Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture Then click: Preview > Save

1) Go to your profile and click "Edit my info." 2) You will see a section that says "Picture." In this section you will see three different options: "No picture" "Use my Yahoo!360 Picture" and "Use my Yahoo! avatar." 3) Check the box that says "Use my Yahoo!360 picture." This will only work, of course, if you have a Yahoo!360 page (profile) with a picture. If you don't have one, you can sign up, http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=http://360.yahoo.com/ create your profile, and post pictures for free. Good luck!

go to your Y! 360 account. Upload your picture come back to Y! Answers and edit your profile In the picture part, choose to use your Y! 360 pic!
