After contacting you three times, the last answer you gave was the best which was to go back to original mail.

• Thank you for that answer. The only problem I have with yahoo mail is you never fully test before you put the new mail system out to market. I have never seen a company operate like this in all of my years of programming. Can you explain to me why you have the consumer test your system? Why don't you give that site which allows people to back out of your system if it is not working? I need this system to be working at all times, because I use it for work. The other problem I have is why am I getting so many advertisements? The spam is not working so well. Thanks for listening.

You should send that person another mail and tell him the substance of what you have written here in this YA question. It is unlikely that he would read this question.
