It's been a while since I received one, but either there should be an address in the email you received or just click on reply and it should go to the right address.

Doesn't it tell you how to appeal in the violation notice, it gives a link address doesn't it?

There should be a link in the email...

Copy the violation onto your clipboard, click the link that says "Customer Care" in blue and then paste their violation onto the page that comes up, with your reasons for appeal above where you paste. Say please and thank you, they like users to grovel to them.

The link should be on your email, but don't hold your breath very few people get a response, It may be that some Ferrel's are after you because you are at the top, it's happened in other section of yahoo answers IE Polls and Surveys. Good luck

I normally just reply to the email. They then tell me they can't comment on individual cases, and that I should be nicer in the future. I am nice!
