How to look up someone's e-mail address?

Is there any place to actually look up someones email address for free.?

• I thought I had it saved but somehow all my address and contacts are gone and it is the only way I had to reach out to a couple of people I could just wait for them to contact me but some might think I just shined them on and not contact me at all

That is an invasion of privacy Edit: Obviously, you did not read my answer thouroughly. The second and third sentences explain that no there is no site like that because it is an invasion of privacy. That means that it is against the law.
