  As they are made from the same material (LDPE), they are all impermeable, so prevent evaporation. This is assuming you are talking about Saran Premium Wrap - older plain Saran Wrap was made from PVC, which is NOT impermeable. The problem then becomes which CLINGS better to whatever you are wrapping, since an air-tight seal is needed to prevent evaporation.
