Why won't my Yahoo Avatar picture change???

My Yahoo Avatar picture will not change on my Yahoo Answers when I update it. For some reason it's the same avatar that I had when I signed up for yahoo answers! Can anyone tell my why??? I have tried to change it & it's still the same avatar on my answers profile. My Yahoo Avatar picture is updated everywhere else. Any suggestions??? Please HELP!

Yahoo! is having alot of technical difficulties with the avatars and 360 Photos. Peoples avatars won't change and the 360 Photos can't be seen. Yahoo! is working on fixing it...I think.
