How can I change my name that you see when I ask a question?

My account is showing a different name but when I look at my questions it shows a "?". I know where to go but every time I try to change it would say "sorry". I don't know why. Can anybody help. Thanks.

Answer:
Click on your avatar/user name, go to Edit My Information, click Change Name, and don't forget to click ‘Submit’ at the bottom. Sometimes it takes 24 hrs. for the change to take effect.
