Does anyone know any summer jobs a 12 year old can get?

Babysitting Mowing a lawn House sitting (just going to pick up mail, feed pets, water plants) while neighbors are on vacation Dog walking

you can't really get a job legally because you are too young. I would say to try babysitting around your neighborhood or even dog walking or car washing. I think that's about all that you can do...

You could be a baby sitter and charge the rate you want but just don't be too exaggerated with the price.

Well, I'm the same age as you...and the best job I can think of? Baby-sitting, or maybe you and your friends could start up a Car-Washing service, I hear those are fun. (Yep, I am 12, embrace it. XD)

Honestly I know it does not sound great but as a 12 year old i babysat,if you are responsible and love kids you can make at least 5 dollars an hour,if you do not prefer that theYMCA hires kids to help with the sports groups,art classes and so on,also you can help at a camp as a counselor,good luck,nice to see a 12 year old that wants to work!

Paper route, mowing lawns, weeding, pet sitting, dog walking, errand running, helping out with misc. chores. Too young for babysitting. #1 you have to have your parents help you organize, and help determine what you can & can't handle. Basically these are all things where you make up a flyer and hand it out around your neighborhood, except for the newspaper route. BTW a lot of folks mentioned babysitting- sorry but I wouldn't let any 12 yr old watch my kids, it's just too young- no offense-
