Can I search for users on Yahoo! Answers?

    You can search for people's nickname if they've asked a question. Just click the advanced link next to the Search button above. Then enter the nickname and select Nicknames of Askers.

Nope I've already tried to find certain people. I just wait for them to answer a question or ask a question and when I see the Avatar I can talk to them.

Spooky Sickness is correct. When I want to find a user I click Advanced, next to the search bar and type in the username and click search nicknames of users. You can't find a user by using their real names though, only their online Yahoo Answers names.

You can do it. If you go to advanced search(there is a link next to the search box at the top) and type in the askers yahoo name, then click on the circle which says "nickname of asker" you can find them that way althuogh some new users may be harder or not possible to find. Some of the regular users, you can just type in their id if you know it in the main search box and it will come up with their profile or a question they have asked or answered.
