I submited answer with url.But no hyper link.How to submit url to become hyperlink?

Answer:
Level 1 users cannot post hyper links to help cut down on spammers. When you reach level 2 which is 250 points you will be able to post them then. Answer and vote your daily limits and don't ask questions and you can get there is 3 days . If you post an inactive link in a question it will show as a hyper link on the next page when someone clicks answer this question

For a link to become a hyperlink(turn blue when you click on it) you have to be on level 2 to do that, due to changes made by yahoo answers.
