Why can't I make an attachment to an email. It is a document in Microsoft Word?

How big was the file you we're attaching? Maybe it's too big to be attached. Yahoo mail only allows 10MB file attachments. If it's not too big, maybe there's a problem with your file. It may be corrupted or has virus.

You need to go into compose, then do a "attach file" (option in mail). Browse out to where the file is, hit attach, then send.

You need to open your e-mail then click compose. Then you click on attachments and browse for the file. Then you will have to look through the files in order to find your Microsoft Word document that you want to attach and double click it. Then click "attach file" and wait for it to upload into your e-mail, then send it off. If you have already tried this and it's still not working then I would need more information in order to help you.
