Medical question?

Question About sewing a medical company, can anyone answer this for me? ?

• Okay everyone i am going to try and make this as short as possible but this is about sewing my medical insurance company, okay to start off i am in the national guard and we have to report for our monthly drill at the end of each month, well during my last drill i tore my ligament in my knee and it is very painful, so i go to the hospital and they x-ray my knee and say there are no broken bones and i said that is good, so they tell me to do a follow up with my family doctor so i do and he told me to go and see a orthopedic doctor about my knee because they are thinking i tore my acl, so i go that night and get a good nights rest and the next day, i pull out the book that my medical card company card gave for listing of orthopedic doctors in my area, so i start calling all of the orthopedic doctors in my area and none of them took my card they said they dont take my medical card, so i call my medical card company, and they give me some orthopedic doctors out of town so i was like fine i would be willing to travel out of town to get my knee checked and get surgery, so i call them up they wont even take it, it has been about 4 days since my last visit with my family doctor and my knee is getting worse each day, and thanks to my medical card company i might get a medical discharge because of this, and the company totally lied to me when i got their insurance yeah it covers my family doctor and hospital but not orthopedic doctors that i know of, and in their book they have like 15 orthopedic doctors listed that will take my card and none of them do, so if anyone knows would i be able to sew the medical card company for lying to me and emotional distress i think is what you call it and the emotional part is because i might get kicked out of the military over it so that has got me really down so please if you could answer this for me please do i could use all the answers you could throw at me.

  Might try reposting this question in either the insurance or legal areas of yahoo answers, instead of in an area for questions about yahoo. The word you're looking for is "sue", as in lawsuit. Sewing is attaching two pieces of fabric together with needle and thread. The short answer is that you can sue anyone for anything if you've got the money to file the case and pay the lawyers. Whether you have a chance of winning or not is a different matter entirely.
