Did Yahoo change it so we cant vote for Best Answers on questions we have answered?

In the past I could vote for any question. Now when I go to the ones I've answered it wont let me vote for them.

It makes sense that you shouldn't be able to vote for your own answer. I'v only been on yahoo a couple of weeks so it's always been that way for me but I think it is the only fair way to do it.x
