I have gotten 7 wrong answers from yahoo answers about how to keep signed in to yahoo mail. I need a correct?
-
I have asked 7 times how to stay signed in to yahoo mail and keep getting the wrong answer. I have checked the box 'keep me signed in for 2 weeks' but it does no good. Can someone please give me the right answer? I have been told to go to the 'my account' button and that only transfers me to another yahoo page that has nothing to do with keeping me signed in. Still looking for the right answer and hoping someone out there can help. This is too frustrating. I have tried everything on the help page and can't find anything to help me with staying signed in. Thanks in advance for the RIGHT answer.

Answer:
Have you tried going to Yahoo help instead of just a bunch of regular folk? Like I vaguely remember a similar problem for an hour or so & it was to do with the internet settings but I'm no computer whiz & I found the answer in yahoo HELP where people answering questions are educated in how Yahoo runs. Good Luck I know it sucks

I read over your previous questions. Several answers should have helped you. When you sign in, check the box that says keep me signed in. When you are through, DON'T sign out. That defeats the purpose. Other than that, I can't help you.

several things could be your problem, do you close your browser at all? and do you have your windows updates and yahoo updates current? plus you may need to check your internet explorer settings, as in tools, interent options, and reset or restore your IE. plus try going threw the master account on yahoo and account options there, plus use their security sign in page, but last if not least in tools, interent options, programs, check or manager add ons and see if any are there that are yahoo and diabled. good luck and i know its a pain but basically if you close your browser or do a reset/restroe it might work it did for my husbands!

Just delete it all, Yahoo, I mean, from your PC . Go to add/ delete and do it. Then remove all cookies and files from Internet options. Then download Yahoo again. Now try. Hope this helps.

I wish I could help you, but I can't. I have the same exact problem. If it matters to anyone, I use Firefox.
