Why can't I change my default picture?

Why cant i change my name or picture here on Yahoo answers? I was able to do it before?

  • Back in the days i used to change my picture all the time here on Yahoo answers, but now it wont let me, it wont even let me change my name!. I go to change my picture and i click submit, and it says "Your profile has been saved" but then no picture comes out. By the way what picture do you see on here, is it a guy with a hat? or something alse?

    I change my avatar picture every 7-10 days but at the moment it takes between 24 and 30 hours to change. Leave the picture you want to use, selected on the carousel and make sure you click on Submit. Then wait...and eventually it "will" change.
