How do you send someone an email or written message on yahoo pulse?

• some girl in the middle of this year , around april contacted me through yahoo pulse profiles to reach out to me and relate because she and her son were suffering similar issues, long standing problems ive had with ocd , anxiety problems - she wrote me a compassionate message, she wrote me two messages . but because i struggle with confidence towards women and not very good social skills , i failed to answer her messages and get back intouch......today , i discover she has removed me from her contacts on yahoo pulse profiles. im really saddened by this, ive also discovered for about two months that ' all ' my folders in my yahoo mail classic have disappeared from the left side column ? when i switch to the new all new mail i se all my folders again , i hate it because i prefer the old yahoo mail classic , so i want to know how i get my folders showing back there ? but regarding this girl , i want to get back to her ,so i switched to the all new mail to see my folders, i found the folder where i created the messages she sent me , i clicked to reply , but the return email address says '' @ no reply pulse profiles '' or something similar to that , so does that mean she won't get the reply i sent to her ? and how can i get her to be one of my pulse contacts again , and be able to send messages that she will be able to read ? and what do i say about struggling to reply to her since april this year ? ive left it so long because i get worried about rejection , and so have difficulty with social skills. any help with this appreciated.
