How do you get an animated GIF to work as your Y!A avatar?

  • (And don't tell me you can't; it's obvious you can.) For the life of me, I can't get mine to animate. I tried the Twitter method, linking my Yahoo account to a Twitter account with the animated GIF as its avatar (and the Twitter account is fine with it), but no matter what, I can't select or upload a GIF to Yahoo... It's really starting to get me mad... it looks so good on my Twitter!

    Some animated pictures don't play on twitter you have to keep searching until you find one that's compatible with twitter. It also takes about 30 minutes for twitter and yahoo to recognize that its your avatar. When you link them. Link the twitter to yahoo. And wait patiently it'll show up eventually lol! It's really late for me. If you don't have a moving avatar I will send instructions tomorrow to your email in the afternoon .
