How can i delete my yahoo email?

Can Anyone Tell Me How to Delete Yahoo Answers? I want to keep my existing Yahoo email, but have tired?

Whatever is on the Main Board, in Resolved Q and in Undecided Q in voting remains in the system for ever unless it is reported by one or more reliable users. Whatever has ended up in Google and other websites remains there for ever or indefinitely. Sorry you can not delete Y/A account without deleting your whole Yahoo account. Only thing you can do is remove all the information about yourself and make your profile private. No your Q&As will remain as they became the property of Yahoo Answers when they were resolved. Hide Profile . Go here http://pulse.yahoo.com/y/settings click Manage Privacy Settings. You cannot do that I am afraid. You have to cancel all or nothing. More importantly if you do cancel everything your resolved questions and answers will still remain on Yahoo servers for ever unless removed for abuse.

You can't delete just your Yahoo Answers account. You have to delete your entire Yahoo account including email. If you wan't to keep your Yahoo mail then you have to stop using Yahoo Answers.
