What is going on with Yahoo!?

Guys, what is going on with my Yahoo Answers account? What do I do!?

  • Well, I tried to sign in my original Yahoo Answers account earlier today and all of a sudden it isn't letting me in saying "Invalid ID or password." Please try again using your full Yahoo! ID." I tried to click "I can't access my account" and I did what they told me to. I clicked on "I have a problem with my password", I put my Yahoo email in, typed the characters in the captcha and when I was getting to "Confirming identity" it said "Your password can’t be reset online. For security reasons, you need contact Yahoo! Customer Care to help you reset your password.". Then I clicked on Customer Care, sent them an email thing and it said before I contact customer care that I should try Password Helper. Exact same thing happened. Now, it's a little secret of mine that I have a troll account lol. Anyway, I signed in one of those, found one of my questions and my questions and answers still appeared untouched. I hovered the mouse over my picture and my join date, points, amount of answers and everything were all still there. But when I clicked on my account to check out my profile, this message came up: "Sorry, we couldn't find who you were looking for. This person may not exist, there may be a problem with the link or **gulp** their account has been suspended." What is going on with my account? Why is it doing this? How can I sign back into my account and resume things as normal without this rubbish happening? Yahoo Answers really does mean a fair bit to me because I come to ask questions when in need so thanks guys for any help provided.

    You have been suspended and you can no longer use your account: it is likely team decides to deactivate your account because you have got more than one account,but if you think this unjust you can make an appeal contacting customer care who is contactable at this id [email protected]

Yahoo discovered you were using more then one account in violation of the rules and thus suspended the account.

its possible that message could be a Glitch quite often if you refresh a couple of times the account will come back if it doesint than your account is suspended it seems like you been having login problems tho for that since you said it says to contact yahoo you have to email the yahoo team in order to get back into your account hope i helped

" ariaread ' might be right , and ...gulp ! youre account got closed or suspended . though how they know someones got more than one account is way beyond me . but according to you , they figured out you were one and the same person . gulp .. maybe you could try appealing , coz its worth a try . but why suspend youre real account and leave youre troll account ?

maybe your troll account is not so secret if Yahoo means anything to you then perhaps you will care enough to follow the rules to me it would make sense if you are caught violating the rules that they would suspend your main/older account it probably wouldn't bother you at all if they suspended "one" of your troll accounts , right
