I cant get my default picture to change, r u having the same problem?

I go to edit preferences, then change photo and select the photo I want to change my default to and then submit changes and it stays the same...is there another step im skipping or is anyone else having this problem? Maybe Yahoo Answers is having an issue.

Answer:
Rumor is that you have to wait between 24 - 48 hours for the changes to hit here on YA. Supposedly there have been so many "inappropriate" names and/or avatars that they now hold them staff review.
