How do you make hearts and smiley faces etc. on the computer?

Press alt. then the number 3 on your right hand keypad to make ♥. Experiment with it. Alt and then a number. It's lots of fun! Be sure to do it on your num lock pad, (right corner) or else it won't work.

k so press the , button while u press shift < then press 3. <3 then press 8and shift * then press - while pressing shift_ press 8 and shift again *_* do the same thing b4 but put 0 then_ next do o 0_o. 0_o *_* <3

smiley faces i have no idea besides :-) but hearts do... & hearts ; with out spaces between each thing so it looks like ♥

I want to know too! Of course, you could always do the crappy versions. For example... <3 for a heart. And =), or :) or =D or :D, or something for a smile. But, I'd really like to know how to do the real hearts and smiles! So, here's a star. That way, I can check back l8r.......

I think you have to buy a key board with them on it. Lou lou bell. How come that doesn't work on mine? When I press the alt and the 3 on the right side number pad I just get a question mark whether the number lock is on or off.
