Yes, there should be some option in the software that came with it. It will be really bad quality though.

If your webcam doesn't have a picture mode, you can do a screenshot. Pust that key on your keyboard right next to F12 that says Print Scrn SysRq and then go into Paint and click paste. Crop out the parts you don't want and save it as a .jpg or .png. Bmps take up too much space!

If it does not have a picture function....then position it so you can see yourself on your monitor and press CTRL and PRINT SCREEN on your keyboard at the same time. That will take a picture of your whole screen. Then paste the picture into paint or photoshop and crop it down to just the photo of you!
