How do you feel about being asked to code during an interview?

How well do you think I did in my Phone Interview?

  • Hello Everyone, I had a phone interview on Monday, July 18th with SiriusXM in New York, I live in Michigan, I applied for the position on July 10th.a Human Resources person sent me an email stating what day would be good to schedule the interview with the hiring manager and I told her any day would work for me. Then after I responded to her email stating Monday worked great,I sent her a Thank You email about setting up the interview for me with the hiring manager.I thought the interview went well, he asked me about my current employment and skills and towards the end of the interview he told me that the next step in the process that he would be doing more interviews that week and then sit down with other staff to review the resumes the following week. Then I asked him if I am considered how soon can I expect a call, he stated someone would call next week. Before the call was ended I asked him for his email address and he gave it to me and stated to to feel free to contact him. About 8 hours later, I sent him a Thank you email stating thank you for the opportunity and stated why I would be an asset to the company and that hopefully we can meet for face to face interview in the future. So all and all how does everyone think my phone interview went ? And what do you think my chances are ? Thanks

  • Answer:

He seems to be letting you be recruited. He does not give his e-mail address reluctantly.
