How do you delete yahoo questions?

  • I wanna delete a few of my questions but I can't figure out how to. Help?

    You can only delete open questions via the edit button. Resolved questions cannot be deleted by users and go into a database that can be used for searching. They can only be deleted by Yahoo!. The deletion of resolved questions with a best answer and the deletion of undecided questions in voting are covered by the Yahoo! Once resolved or in voting you can't delete them. If it's still open, go to the question , pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, click Delete Question. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers%E2%80%A6 All you can do is hope it is reported as a violation . Even resolved questions can be removed that way.Yahoo will consider deleting them if they violated community guidelines or revealed personal contact information (e.g. email address, phone numbers, address etc). If that is the case you could try emailing the YA team [email protected] explaining as to why it (they) should be deleted, . The same applies to your answers.

You can only do that if it's Your question and not yet in voting. Once a question has been resolved it becomes the property of Yahoo answers and cannot be deleted. That is part of the rules of the site which you agreed to when you signed up.

U will loose points click you profile pic under that will be question/ answers click questions on the bottom it will say delete.
