Yahoo error - could not load dll library. the specified module could not be found.?

BASCIALLY, i had yahoo messenger on my pc but kept crashing, so i decided to remove and install an older version of yahoo which is version 5.0 after installing 5.0 i could not get my cam online and cant view other peoples webcam as it says connecting... and nothing else. now i tried to install new version 7.0 yahoo and it says to me "error could not load dll library. the specified module cannot be found". since then i went to my registry files and deleted everything that had yahoo. i then tried to reinstall yahoo 7.0 and it still says the same message "error could not load dll library. the specified module cannot be found". I HAVE READ ALL OF THE ANSWERS ALREADY GIVEN ON HERE REGARDING THIS MATTER BUT THEY DNT HELP AT ALL. i cannot reinstall windows as i have too many programs installed.

I have been getting the same error and have not been able to re-intstall messenger at all. I have google the error, gone to message boards, and e-mailed yahoo for help. I have checked my anti-virus software, and done everything else suggested...I wish I had an answer...I just hope you get a good one!!! Good luck, cuz I am getting nowhere.

The DLL library should be downloaded as part of the program. If it is not doing so, the most likely culprit is an anti-virus program interfering. Please turn off your anti-virus and reinstall. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/tech/tech-47715.html
