What's the difference between Yahoo and Yahoo7?

On Yahoo Answers, WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN.......................…

• getting an email that says "Your question has been reported by the Yahoo! Answers community" and "Violation Notice Email"? Does one of them make my account any closer to or endanger of getting suspended than the other one? Does a Violation Notice Email put my account at a bigger risk of getting a suspension? Is there any limit of how many Violations or Reports I could get before my account gets suspended? How do I know just how close my account is to getting suspended? Is there a cooling off period where going a certain amount of time without getting a Violation could put my account out of the hot seat? Is it possible for my question to get deleted with the "Your question has been reported by the Yahoo! Answers community" email and then receive a "Violation Notice Email" for that same question that was ALREADY deleted from the site? What do you think of the rules on Y!A and where is the freedom of speech? Why does everything that offends someone have to be removed when they have the option of not answering or looking at it?

  The community one means 2 or more users reported what you posted as a violation and it was automatically deleted. The other one is from YA itself and that is serious 1 violation for Terms of Service such as mentioning criminal activity, illegal drugs, violence Unknown for minor ones such as chat This is a privately owned site, there is NO freedom of speech. You agreed to the TOS when you joined. The freedom is to participate or not
