How to render a radial field in OpenGL?

How to expand the search range? can someone render some methods to solve problems,any problems?

• when we encounter a problem, we turn to Internet,maybe a search engine,then i just wonder how can we expand our range as much as possible that may be helpful for our problem,not just confined to search engines,but maybe others,say,special database.if we can expand the resort field, we can truely resolve our problem effectively. does someone have any ideas or tips to achieve this purpose? thx in advance!
